We are systems capable of translating incoming production requirements into the actual production sequence, verifying the products built and validating the truck load sequence.

Receipt of Sequencing Requirements

TAG companies are able to receive sequencing requirements through a variety of communication methods. Those methods include, but are not limited to, electronic data interchange (EDI), Internet or broadcast pulse.

Production Options

Based upon supplier requirements TAG companies will use one of several different options for manufacturing and delivery of the product. We will build in sequence to match the sequence order as communicated by the manufacturer or build in batch and pack in sequence.

Labeling Requirements

TAG companies work close with customers to identify label specification requirements such as bar-codes, basic part information, sequence number, etc.

Shipping

Shipping requirements vary by manufacturer. TAG companies support all manufacturer shipping procedural requirements such as Advanced Shipment Notification via EDI or Bill of Lading paperwork.
