TAG Acquires Radian Precision
TAG Holdings has completed the acquisition of Radian Precision. This acquisition expands TAG's defense and aerospace manufacturing and services portfolio.
Radian Precision, founded in 1975, specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of complex, mission critical parts and assemblies. The company is a Tier 1 supplier to the defense industry and a Tier 2 supplier to the aerospace industry.
Under the new ownership, Radian Precision will retain its headquarters and manufacturing presence in Madison Heights, MI, and management will have the autonomy to execute on its business plan under the direction of the TAG management team.
